About the only way to get rid of it is to get a water softener/filter. I have city water and still had to get a softener to remove sulphur and chlorine smell from my water!
most of the faucets are on a carbon filter put a new filter in line to that faucet
If you have well water or if there are certain minerals in your water, the anode rod in your water heater can cause some strange smells. Officially you shouldn't remove it but lots of people do w/o any adverse effects.
